Beet Salad




Beet Salad

15 oz. can beets, drained and beets cut into strips
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1/4 C. finely chopped sweet onion
1 T. diced jalapeno's (optional)
1 T. fresh chopped parsley
1 T. mayo
1/4 tsp. sugar
pinch each of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
