Easy Roasted Asparagus
1 bunch fresh asparagus, woody ends trimmed off
1 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic sea salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lemon
1/8 c. grated parmesan cheese
Wash the asparagus and pat dry. Place in baking sheet lined with tinfoil. Toss the asparagus with the olive oil and spread out in an even layer. Sprinkle with the garlic sea salt, pepper and drizzle with the lemon juice. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, remove and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
