Instant Pot Garlic Parmesan Petite Potatoes
1 lb. petite white potatoes, washed
1/2 C. chicken broth
5 T. butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
parsley
Place the potatoes in the insert of your instant pot. Add the broth, butter, garlic and seasonings. Seal the lid and set the pressure knob to sealing. Manually set for 7 minutes. Once the potatoes are done, quick release the pressure by turning the knob to venting. Once released, remove the lid and stir in the parmesan cheese and sprinkle with a little parsley.
