Warm Strawberry Sauce
2 C. fresh strawberries, chopped
1/4 C. sugar
1/3 C. water
1 T. honey
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Put the strawberries, sugar, water and honey in a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring often for 10 minutes. Whisk the cornstarch with just enough water to make it smooth. Stir into the sauce and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 8-10 minutes until slightly thickened.
