Lentil on the African way



Ingredients:

Chopped medium onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
Two tomatoes, chopped
Tablespoon of tomato paste
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Spoon of chopped parsley
Half a teaspoon of ground cumin
Salt and black pepper
1 liter of water

Wash the lentils well, and put them in the pot (pressure cooker) Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Stir all and add the water, cover the pot and leave it over medium heat for 30 minutes.

After that, add the chopped parsley, and put out the heat, pour the lentils in a serving dish, then serve hot.
