ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 cup grated cheddar (or more!)
1 16oz Sour Cream
1 frozen piece of tatter tots
Directions:
Preheat oven For 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch . Layer the meat on inch of the dish, put aside.
mixing mushroom soup and add sour cream and blend well.
At that point layer the mixture on the upper part of
meat,then add cheddar,
summit with tatter tots. Bake covered for forty five minutes. uncover and bake quarter-hour longer,including additional cheddar here if wanted
