Avocado Deviled Eggs




Avocado Deviled Eggs

6 hard boiled eggs
1 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp. lime juice
1 T. finely diced jalapenos (optional)
1 heaping T. mayo
1/2 tsp. ground mustard powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
sweet paprika

In a bowl, mash together the yolks from the eggs and the flesh of the avocado. Add the lime juice, jalapenos, mayo, mustard, pepper and salt to taste. Combine till nice and creamy. Spoon the filling into each half of the eggs and sprinkle with a little sweet paprika. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
