Lazy Loose Meat Sandwiches
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. beef broth
6 slices provolone cheese
buns for serving
Begin browning the meat in a skillet over med. high heat and just as it begins to brown add the onion and bell pepper. Cook until the meat is cooked through and drain off any excess grease. Stir in the next 4 ingredients then add the beef broth. Cook till the broth is reduced, about 5-6 minutes. Add the cheese and stir till it is melted.
