1 half Victoria pineapple, cut into cubes

Cut the chicken into 1 cm pieces and place them in a deep dish. Squeeze the lime and pour the juice into a bowl. Add the spices and pour over the chicken, mix and let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

Pour the oil into the Robot Bowl. Install the Mixer. Set the temperature to the maximum. Add the diced peppers and cook for 5 min. on "mixture 1". Add the pineapple, install the splash guard and set the temperature to 100 ° C for 5 min.

Remove the splash guard. Pour the chicken and cook 3 min. same temperature. Pour the coconut milk, salt lightly and simmer for 10 min. at 90 ° C. Sprinkle with fresh coriander before serving.
