Instant Pot Italian Petite Gold Potatoes
1/2 C. chicken broth
1 lb. petite gold potatoes, washed
2 large cloves garlic, minced
0.6 oz. pkt. zesty italian salad dressing mix
5 T. butter
Put the broth in the bottom of your instant pot. Add the potatoes, garlic and italian dressing mix. Stir to coat the potatoes. Cut the butter up and place on top of the potatoes. Seal the lid and turn the pressure knob to sealing. Manually set for 14 minutes. Allow the pot to naturally release for 5 minutes then turn the pressure knob to venting and manually release the remaining pressure.
