Savory Crockpot Chuck Roast

2 1/2 lb. chuck roast
10.5 oz. can roasted red pepper soup
1 1/4 soup can beef broth (use the empty can to measure)
1.4 oz. pkt. beef gravy mix
salt and pepper
veggies of choice

Put the roast in your crockpot and season with a little salt and pepper. Whisk together the soup, broth and gravy mix and pour over the roast. Add any veggies you may be using, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
